I'm your constituent from Lake Placid, writing to urge Representative Stefanik to use all of the tools of your office to protect the EPA and other federal agencies from Trump’s attempts to dismantle them. Each of us rely on these agencies to have clean air, clean water, and to address climate threats. Please be bold and use all of the tools of your office to protect the EPA, NOAA, and our other federal agencies and their workers. These are not ordinary actions by the administration and I support bold, lawful actions by you in response. Congress was created as the first branch of government in the Constitution. They are one of the most important checks on overreach. Please exercise these checks! Thank you.
