I’m writing to express my deep anger and alarm over President Trump’s reckless economic decisions—particularly his use of tariffs, which are damaging American businesses, driving up costs for consumers, and putting our economic stability at risk. His misguided trade war is not strategy; it’s sabotage.
This is not leadership. It’s chaos.
Every time he acts unilaterally—without Congressional approval, without expert input, and without any apparent concern for the consequences—he undercuts the very foundation of our democracy. The unchecked use of executive power is dangerous. Congress was designed to be a check on this kind of authoritarian behavior. So where are you?
It’s time to stop enabling this behavior with silence or weak statements. I urge you to take decisive action—now. Whether through the 25th Amendment, impeachment proceedings, or urgent legislative action, you must assert your constitutional responsibility to rein him in.
The American people did not elect a king. We elected a president who is supposed to serve us—not his own ego, not foreign interests, and not his corporate allies. The damage being done is real, and history will not look kindly on those who stood by and watched it happen.
Please do your duty. Stop him before this goes even further.
