Rather than accepting these destructive measures, the party must unite and channel this level of passion into tangible action. Speak out forcefully, propose positive alternatives, and make it clear that stripping away vital protections and services is unacceptable. Democrats were elected to be a voice for the people, and now is the time to fight tirelessly in that role on behalf of the nation's best interests.
