I greatly appreciate your support for federal employees and affordable healthcare - these are such important issues right now, and your support means a lot. However, I have noticed that your newsletters and social media posts, more often than not, do not discuss the systematic targeting of minorities by the current administration, specifically immigrants and LGBTQ+ folks. These communities are terrified right now. I would ask you to please be vocal with your support of these groups. Throwing vulnerable minorities under the bus in the name of bipartisanship only shows us that you are willing to sacrifice the rights of those communities, and that anyone could be next. Please: show us we have a home here. Because right now, especially in Ohio, it feels very, very bleak.
