I urge you to reconsider this drastic restructuring that discards invaluable expertise and jeopardizes essential programs. Protecting public health and safety should be the top priority. Reinstate these dedicated public servants and preserve the full capabilities of agencies like the CDC, FDA, and NIH to safeguard the well-being of all Americans.
