I am a voting constituent from Davis and I am writing to oppose the administration’s proposal to break my solar contract. They are spreading Miami about rooftop solar to cover up their failure. Rates are high because of utility spending and profits. Rooftop solar actually saves everyone money. We did the right thing in getting rooftop solar…do not break my contract. Thank you.
