Detaining citizens without due process is against the constitution. Deporting people to prisons in other countries is a violation of our foundation of government. Using ICE to round up people without papers and keeping them in jails/prisons or deporting them is a crime. In this country, we can imprison, we can deport, we can detain. But everyone is entitled to due process. We are entitled to a day in court and humane treatment both before and after. To act otherwise is a violation of our laws and our very beliefs. Please oppose this descent into an authoritarian regime.
