We will know very soon if the real reason for firing 100,000 plus federal employees is to give the rich a tax break. This is unacceptable if this is the reason. They don’t need a break. If anything they need to pay their share like I do. They shouldn’t be able to have a company hold their wealth and avoid all taxes! As a retired teacher in Southern Indiana, the tax cut in 2017 was NOT a tax cut for me! So what is the con game now? I pay more than many billionaires because of the tax laws. I remember the year of the $750 dollar tax bill of the President! I don’t care about paying taxes on my Social Security, however it better stay in place along with Medicare.
