All federal funding for Community Health Centers expires this month! I am writing to urge you to pass a spending bill for Fiscal Year 2025 as soon as possible to ensure that health centers in Illinois receive continued funding to care for patients. Please pass long-term stable funding for health centers, specifically: • Extend CHC funding at the highest possible levels. • Invest in the primary care workforce to address shortages. • Expand telehealth to improve access to care in hard-to-reach areas.
