The Michigan House has just passed a budget that basically defunds our government. It leaves 0 funds for agriculture, rural areas, health and human services, licensing, and natural resources and it decreases funds as much as 66% for the departments of corrections, the military, veterans, the state police and schools. This budget will make Michiganders less safe, less healthy and will impact Michigan’s great natural resources. Your jobs are to take care of Michigan citizens. Not special interest groups, not President Trump, and not your own pockets. Do your job. Keep us and our state safe and healthy!
