The SF-Marin food bank just sent notification that their food supplies from USDA are being cutback. There haven’t been fewer people lining up for food so is the government planning on starving the poor now? Apparently even larger cuts are planned for the future. This not only affects our neediest neighbors but also affects the farmers who supply the food banks (and schools as well—this threatens our local very wonderful school lunch program. ) Please stop the USDA cutbacks!
