End tariffs Now!
This tariff war is an ill conceived venture by someone who doesn’t understand the implications, who has ignored every single person with any economic education, and who doesn’t know history. Every time tariffs have been put into place historically they have caused a major depression. That’s what they do, and there’s no reason to believe it will work differently now. Do any basic research of what the leading economists are saying, and you will learn this - not one of them thinks this is a good idea.
And a reminder that the vast majority of your constituents want an end to this economic madness - and that you promised to represent them - that what we employ you to do. End the tariffs now!
