An Open Letter

To: Sen. Moody, Sen. Scott, Rep. Moskowitz

From: A constituent in Oakland Park, FL

March 20

I am writing to express my deep concern regarding the recent announcement that the illegitimate agency DOGE is planning to close 800 Social Security offices nationwide. As one of your constituents, I am extremely concerned about how this decision will impact our state and its millions of senior citizen residents. I urge you to take immediate action to protect the interests of your constituents who rely on these services. Closing such a large number of offices will undoubtedly cause significant hardship for many, especially seniors and those with limited mobility. It is crucial that you work to ensure that these closures do not disproportionately affect our state. I would appreciate it if you could provide information on the steps you plan to take to address this issue. Will you be advocating for alternative solutions or working to prevent these closures? As an elected official, it is your duty to uphold the oath you swore and protect the well-being of your constituents. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to hearing about your efforts to address this critical issue.
