Courts have already ruled against this, yet the administration is ignoring judicial authority and putting lives at risk. Transgender women in men’s prisons face extreme violence, harassment, and medical neglect—this is state-sponsored abuse (The Guardian, March 7, 2025). You must act now to stop this. Incarcerated people deserve basic safety and medical care, including access to prescriptions and mental health services. Transgender inmates should be housed according to their gender identity—anything else is inhumane. Uphold the Constitution, stand against this pointless cruelty, and protect the rights of all people.
