The minority party needs new leadership. Democrats' reluctance to stand up to the Trump administration, to talk to the people, to stand up and say what is going on, is eroding the fragile suppor t and confidence of their constituents. Instead of chastising and punishing those that speak out, like Rep. Al Green, Democrats in Congress should be applauding him. What are Democrats doing to challenge this administration? House leadership has not shown leadership. Senate leadership has been silent. Rep. Ocasio-Cortez has been in the forefront of communicating where the people will hear her, conveying what this administration is doing, how it is and will hurt America and Americans, and what Americans actually deserve from their government. Journalists, news commentators, and podcasters have been asking for weeks "Where are the Democrats?" If the current Democratic leadership's response to that question is to hide in the sand, then it's time for new leadership.
