Some examples of how Social Security is being purposely sabotaged in a concerted effort to collapse it as a pretext to privatizing it. 1. The SSA site crashed 4 times in 10 days this month. 2. Phone service is a mess following illegal cuts by Musk which again is illegal. 3. The agency no longer has the system to monitor customer experiences due to DOGE which again is an illegal non real govt agency. 4. The major staff exodus and office closures across the country while stating people must now visit in person despite their potential issues in getting transportation to an office. 5. Firing half the staff again illegally. 6. 1st time in history some people have missed getting payments. Again, this is all by design. The same people who complain about govt not working are the ones who break it and then say we need to privatize everything cause the govt we broke doesn't work by our own doing. It's the same song with the GOP. I have seen people in my life be impacted by this already. Again and I will say forever this is all illegal and all about privatizing Social Security. It is wrong, it is gross, and it is immoral. Hearing psychopaths like Howard Lutnick state how people who call about how they haven't gotten their payments cause of all this action are fraudsters is enraging, disconnected and shows once again how he and the other robber barons live in ivory towers as they demand we eat cake. They are so out of touch and don't care about anything but their portfolios. These sadistic oligarchs get off on the cruelty and represent the worst of society. Call them out on their hubris and stop the sabotage.
