Preserve NC’s Relationship with Canada

Trump is doubling down on our closest neighbor Canada with border threats and making Canada our 51st state. The American people, North Carolinians, your constituents do not want this. They are our closest allies and friends. This is reckless abuse of power and we will feel the full force of Nato if we invade Canada or attempt to redraw our border. I am sure you’re paying attention and realize these current steps Trump is taking are straight out of Putin’s playbook. Our state needs to act to preserve peace with Canada and keep North Carolinians out of conflicts or possibly a war with Canada. What are you doing to heal our two nations’ alliance and combat these absurdities (including Trumps abhorrent tariffs which will affect ALL your constituents) and keep North Carolina out of the current and future conflicts created by Trump with Canada?
