It only took Nazis 53 days to turn Germany from a Republic to a dictatorship, and it took a world war and millions of deaths all over the world to put it back. Then, of course, there was the cold war and millions of other deaths that could be blamed on someone else but we're mostly our fault or Russia's, and here we are buddying up with Russia while following Nazi Germany's political example. There is no way this goes well for you, for your fellow congressmen, for any of us subjected to this murderous nonsense, for anyone anywhere where America works in the world, which is everywhere. Our best case scenario is that we wind up with closed borders and the rest of the world makes fun of us like northern Korea. Worst case, we kick off world war three because our leaders are all idiots with the fragile egos of babies, and none of the people who are supposed to be their checks and balances are checking or balancing them. I'm talking to you, Republicans, mostly, though you Democrats don't get off the hook either, when you could be using their tactics against them to block all of this, could be taking the side of those being trampled, and you're not. When will you guys, the only people in the room with Trump and Musk and their lunatic cronies, start fighting back? How far does it have to go?
