The First Amendment applies to everyone in the USA: citizens and non-citizens alike.
It is beyond horrifying to see that graduate students and professors can be abducted, detained, removed by extra procedural rendition for their political opinions. Law firms that dare to question Trump's executive orders( which are NOT laws) are investigated and penalized.
Once 1A rights are ignored and due process is discarded for anyone, no one is safe.
What will you say if a member of Congress is treated the same way? A judge? What is there to prevent that now?
DO NOT TOLERATE this destruction of constitutional rights.
Speak out now and condemn this fascist attack on the First Amendment.
Demand justice for all of the people who were
kidnapped by ICE including those prisoners in El Salvador who were featured crase commercial for the Trump administration.
Freedom of speech is a fundamental Democratic right.
Habeas corpus is also a fundamental right, guaranteed by the constitution, predating even the Magna Carta.
The crackdown on foreign students freedom of thought and opinion is clearly intended to have a chilling effect on us all.
This is the stuff of fascist dictatorships and tyranny: it should have no place in the USA.
It's time to act like an AMERICAN - there are NO KINGS in the united States of america. You need to impeach Trump and Marco Rubio now.
Do your job. Defend the constitution. Stand up for the freedom of speech. Be an American.
