Regarding your recent statements on the war in Ukraine, I'm interested in the following, "I can’t predict how it’s going to come out. I know the president is pushing very hard and is making some great strides in terms of trying to get both sides to compromise, I guess you might say," Please respond to my email and tell me WHAT are the compromises the US expects of Russia? I've seen several compromises the administration expects from Ukraine, but please inform me what is expected of Russia. I also see your quote, “I would rather fight him in Ukraine and let the Ukrainians prosecute the war rather than the United States having to get into it if he moves into the Balkans.” Can you provide written assurance that the US will honor it's NATO obligations if this does occur? The administration has indicated that the US will not honor this. Please provide response with written confirmation of this position. Lastly, what funding are you prepared to recommend, or have recommended, to continue the US support to Ukraine? What have you done to ensure they can continue the fight?
