Vote no on Texas's HB 3399. It will kill people whose cancers require a vasectomy, mastectomy, or any other 'sterilization' procedure. It will make it almost impossible for people who need care quickly to get it. We have seen it with mothers dying of sepsis because doctors were afraid of abortion procedures. Vote NO to HB 3399 if it passes your desk.
