It is deeply concerning to see Elon Musk's disruptive tactics from the private sector being applied to the federal workforce. Musk's "break first, ask questions later" approach is causing mass chaos, confusion, and legal challenges across government agencies. Rather than promoting efficiency, these haphazard directives from the Office of Personnel Management are undermining the stability and functionality of the federal government. The constant stream of conflicting emails, threats of termination, and forced responses is demoralizing federal employees and hampering their ability to effectively serve the American people. Targeting federal workers and dismantling offices that provide vital services is shortsighted and detrimental to the nation's interests. Instead of defunding programs and slashing the workforce based on Musk's whims, a more measured and strategic approach is needed. Any reorganization efforts must be grounded in rigorous analysis, input from agency experts, and a clear plan to maintain core government functions and services. Rash actions that prioritize chaos over coherent policymaking will only breed dysfunction. I urge you to push back against Musk's destructive influence and reestablish order, transparency and accountability in the management of the federal government. The American people depend on a well-functioning civil service, not reckless disruption driven by personal agendas.
