I urge you to vote NO on SB25-201. While protecting kids is vital, this bill risks harming law-abiding users and legitimate businesses. Age checks often require sharing sensitive personal data. Even with audits, these systems create privacy risks and data breach targets. SB25-201 imposes burdens without truly stopping minors. It punishes compliance while failing to guarantee safety. Please oppose this bill.
