I’m writing you today to urge you to vote NO on S.244 - a massive giveaway to Big Insurance. S.244 is a disaster. Instead of helping small businesses, it protects insurance companies, delays claims, and strips away key consumer protections. H.3497 is the bill that fixes the #1 issue forcing bars & restaurants to close. It removes the joint and several exception and provides real relief. Pass H.3497 and stand with small businesses and Republican voters.
