I am writing this about SB 68 - the bill no citizen of our great State of Georgia asked for. SB 68 gives insurance companies the power to stall cases indefinitely. It will give insurance companies to freeze the discovery process. This is bad because it will halt the ability to gather evidence against insurance companies wrong doing. SB 68 will prevent Citizens of Georgia from getting the justice they deserve. I beg you all... Say no to SB 68! Please Stop SB 68!
