Please support SB 28 to regulate institutional investors in the state.  We have too many out of town investors coming into town to buy up low-income properties with the intent to flip them to more expensive rentals or real estate investments. This especially impacts elderly and disabled people who are selling their homes for what they think is a “good price” but then find themselves priced out of the market when they go to buy another property.
