I am writing as a concerned constituent regarding reports that Asian asylum seekers and migrants are being deported to Central America, where they face legal limbo and dangerous conditions without access to their passports or legal representation. The United States has always stood for lawful and fair immigration enforcement. However, these deportations raise serious concerns about whether due process is being upheld. Ensuring that all individuals—regardless of their origin—receive legal review before removal strengthens both national security and America’s leadership in defending human rights. I urge you to investigate these deportations and work to ensure our immigration policies reflect fairness, due process, and American values. I would appreciate hearing your position on this issue.
