I ask that you vote NO on the SAVE Act because we thrive when everyone has equal access to the ballot box. By requiring citizens to provide unnecessary documentation, the “Safeguard American Voter Eligibility” (SAVE) Act would negatively impact millions of voters, including military voters, rural voters, tribal voters, survivors of natural disasters, low-income voters, voters from marginalized communities and tens of millions of married women in America who have changed their names, resulting in the disenfranchisement of millions of eligible voters. This is a blatant assault on voting rights spearheaded by House Republican leadership.
