Thank you, Honorable Sirs, for breaking rank today and voting Wednesday to pass a resolution blocking the tariffs on our neighbors in Canada. Thank you for having the best interests of Kentuckians and the nation in your minds and hearts as you vote. I am appreciative of your willingness to put the citizens whom you represent first even as you may draw the ire of those who seem to not see us or care about us as they promote these bizarre economic policies. It is my hope that your fortitude inspires Mr Barr to remember us and push for this to be addressed in the House. I offer you my sincere gratitude.
