Why are Governor Lee and other Republicans failing to support business interests in TN? By failing to inform President Trump of the disastrous effects of tariffs, particularly in the auto and the spirits industry he is failing businesses so important to our economy. I always thought Republicans were pro free markets and job creation/retention? By supporting Trump’s tariffs over our state’s major business interests, our Governor and other Republicans are failing their citizens. I hope he and all Republican elected officials in TN reconsider their support of Trump’s tariff policies without any consideration of TN jobs and economic security.
