It is absolutely unbelievable that ANY Democrats voted with Republicans to censure Representative Al Green. I am disgusted. Al Green was doing the job his constituents hired him to do. I’m ashamed of all the rest of you who sat there and let him be carried out, and even more ashamed that Democrats have voted to censure him. There should be ZERO space in the Democratic Party for this. If only my representatives had stood up and done the same for me! Next time - get your butts out of your chairs and shout out the truth. Say out loud that Trump is lying. Obstruct everything, all the time, all that you can. I feel like you are all rolling over for this man and the Republican party. I’m terrified for my future and for the future of my country, and the Democratic Party is doing nothing to make me feel better. I honestly can’t believe I have to write this. How did we get here? Do your jobs. Do not play nice. This is not the time.
