I’m not a lawyer, but I do remember Civics from High School. Due process is for everyone in the United States, not just the privileged few. An un documented person is entitled to due process before any deportation can happen. Claiming they were ALL part of gang when clearly they were not proves the illegality of the action and lack of due process. Shipping people off to another country’s terrorist prison (and then using as a photo op by Kristi Noem) is illegal Kidnapping a student from campus and shipping her to another state too fast for the courts to intervene is not okay. She was accused of writing an op-ed — which is NOT a threat to national security (much less so than sharing attack plans on Signal). Threatening to deport hundreds of students for their free speech. I weep for my county. What can Congress do to stop this?
