Apparently Putin is not negotiating in good faith. Putin has called up 160,000 Russian men aged between 18 and 30 on March 31 as part of the Kremlin’s annual spring conscription cycle. I want our country to punish Putin with the harshest penalties that we can leverage. I also hope that we continue to give Ukraine weapons to protect their lands and people.
