Oppose S.399 - Protecting Our Supreme Court Justices Act of 2025 This bill is not a means to protect Supreme Court justices as the title implies but a way to criminalize peaceful protestors, infringe on their right to exercise free speech and coercive fear to those with opposing political beliefs. If the true goal was to protect the Supreme Court justices, this current administration would not have allowed for releasing of insurrectionist back into the general public. You cannot claim to want to protect Supreme Court justices while simultaneously engaging in activities that oppose and contradict said bill. Again, this is a reminder that the intention of this bill is to criminalize, infringe upon rights and coercive fear.
