In light of the President’s recent defiance of the court order regarding his use of the Alien Enemies Act, Congress needs to step up and serve their role as a check on his power in support of the Judicial Branch. It’s time to fulfill your role in our government by doing your constitutional duty to protect the Constitution. At a minimum you MUST act as a check on his power grab and defiance, at a maximum you need to start impeachment actions. As one of your constituents, I fear the dissolution of our constitutional democracy and its replacement with a dictatorial oligarchy.
