History has it's eyes on you
To: Sen. Bradley, Gov. DeSantis, Rep. Sapp
From: A verified voter in Keystone Heights, FL
March 4
How do you want to be remembered? How do you want history to look back on you? Do you want to be seen as someone who upheld their oath to the Constitution of the United States of America? OR do you want to be seen as someone who let people in their state go hungry, go without health care, be oppressed without representation? Did you take an oath when you took office? If you did, was it something along the lines of "I, [your name], do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter. So help me God." If you did, do you stand true to it? enemy (a noun) plural: enemies : one that is antagonistic to another especially : one seeking to injure, overthrow, or confound an opponent : a hostile unit or force domestic (an adjective) : of, relating to, or originating within a country and especially one's own country domestic politics domestic manufacturing all debts foreign and domestic Right now, we, us, you as well as everyone you swore to represent, are all under attack by a hostile force, one that is antagonistic and seeking to confound and overthrow the Government ... and it is originating within our own country. The call is coming from inside the house. It's my understanding that Republican Senators and Representatives are being told not to hold any town hall meetings, because of being yelled at by constituents. That even some Democrats are finding out the same thing. Well, if we were being protected from this domestic enemy, we wouldn't have to yell. And we shouldn't have to be yelling to be heard. You're afraid of being yelled at? We're afraid of starving to death when our SNAP benefits disappear. We're afraid of becoming homeless when our Social Security disappears. We're afraid of dying when we can't afford to get health care. But go ahead and tell us how you don't like being yelled at. Or better yet, stand up to this petty tyrant and his pet billionaire, and do your job. Protect us from domestic enemies. History has it's eyes on you.
