President Trump is expected to kill the Department of Education by executive order. Whatever the true contents of the order, it is unconstitutional for the President to shut down the Department over whom Congress has oversight. This is just the latest in a string of anti-Democratic behavior from an out of control executive - defying the judiciary, calling for their impeachment on political grounds, is another major one. Please introduce and/or support your colleagues’ articles of impeachment - whether or not the votes are there, impeachable behavior must not be normalized.
