No agreement on the budget. Why pass a budget with appropriations when President Musk has declared multiple times that he will break the law and keep breaking the law and take all the money for himself, instead of spending it as directed? Don't do it. "But the government will shut down" President Musk is shutting down the government as I write this. Be serious. No agreement.
