Impeach Justices Thomas and Alito for unethical conduct

To: Gov. Healey, Sen. Markey, Pres. Trump, Rep. Donaghue, Rep. Clark, Sen. Warren, Sen. Spilka

From: A verified voter in Framingham, MA

April 1

The conduct of Supreme Court Justices Clarence Thomas and Samuel Alito represents a severe breach of ethics and a threat to the integrity of the nation's highest court. They have repeatedly failed to disclose financial entanglements, gifts, and personal connections that create glaring conflicts of interest in the cases they adjudicate. Their refusal to recuse themselves from matters involving parties with whom they have personal and financial ties violates the principles of impartiality and erodes public trust in the judicial system. This unethical behavior warrants accountability through impeachment proceedings. Thomas and Alito's actions undermine the rule of law and the essential democratic principle of an independent judiciary. Their brazen disregard for ethical norms and failure to maintain even the appearance of impartiality is unacceptable for officials entrusted with such immense power over the rights and liberties of all Americans. Congress must exercise its constitutional duty to impeach and remove Thomas and Alito from the Supreme Court. Their ethical transgressions are an affront to the sanctity of the nation's highest court and the democratic foundations it is meant to uphold. Failing to act would condone this corruption and subversion of justice, setting a dangerous precedent that further erodes faith in governing institutions. Impeachment is a necessary step to restore credibility and impartiality to the Supreme Court.
