Propose blocking state emissions credits going to tesla. This is a huge source of there revenue as they sell to gas vehicle makers so they can meet emissions standards. Tesla is a vertical monopoly at this point and it should be investigated for anti-trust as they take payments also to be allowed to use their network as well as do not allow independent mechanics to fix teslas. Please get together with other governors to protect us from their predatory practices. Consumers really cannot vote with their wallet as tesla gets a cut across the whole auto business infrastructure. Any funding or tax breaks should incentivize smaller companies or others to convert their offerings to a higher % of EV’s
