I cannot stand by while powerful figures like Donald Trump and Elon Musk dismantle public education, undermine free speech, attack immigrants, and drive up the cost of living—all while those in Congress, including yourself, remain complicit through inaction. Our democracy was built on accountability, on leaders who put country over party. Yet time and time again, I see members of your party choosing to stay silent, to look the other way, or worse—actively support policies that hurt everyday Americans. I ask you directly: What are you gaining by keeping your mouth shut? What is worth selling out your integrity and the future of this country? Public education is being gutted, ensuring that future generations are less informed and more easily manipulated. Immigration policies are being shaped by cruelty instead of common sense and economic reality. The cost of living continues to rise while billionaires consolidate their power and wealth, leaving working families struggling to afford housing, healthcare, and basic necessities. And free speech? It is being hijacked—twisted into a weapon to silence dissent while the powerful amplify their own agendas. This is not conservatism. This is not patriotism. This is not leadership. I am urging you to take a stand, to put country before party, and to speak out against the extremism that is eroding our democracy. History will remember those who had the courage to lead—and those who failed to act when their country needed them most. I hope you will choose to be on the right side of history.
