Support MCTEC and vocational schools in WV. Vote no on HB3452

I am writing you today to ask you to vote NO on HB3452. This bill will hurt MCTEC, which as you know is a large source for adult education and job creation here in Mercer County. We live in a poverty stricken area of West Virginia, and the folks who go to MCTEC and other vocational schools deserve an opportunity to grow their education and job skills without going into massive amounts of debt. If not for the programs offered at MCTEC, my husband and I wouldn't have been able to start a business because it never would have sparked his interest in our industry. These schools are incredibly important toward job creation in southern WV. Support the schools and vote NO on HB3452.
