at are enshrined in our Constitution. Do not deface this great state by voting to wreck the lives of our most vulnerable. It is not Christian, not Texan, and not American. I am writing to ask you to prevent the passage of H.B. 3399. This bill would be not only harmful but would cause the deaths of so many Texans, both trans ends and family will be voting on this issue. To allow this bill to pass into law is to deny fundamental guarantees of humanity, liberty, and autonomy th and not, who require various forms of operations and hormone therapy to live full and healthy lives.
