I am writing to ask that you vote AGAINST the save act. This would make it incredibly difficult for some women and men who change their names after marriage to exercise their right to vote. It would disproportionately affect women, and it seems like a useless way to waste time in government when there are so many other more pressing matters. Passports are not accessible to everyone, and voting should be one of our most basic rights in democracy. Please do not support the save act.
