Fire Hegseth, impeach Trump. The fact that Trump doesn't understand the serious ramifications of Hegseth planning a military operation on Signal (not just a matter of national security, protection of our troops, but ALSO illegally attempting to get around archive and transparency laws) means Trump is too old and dementia ridden to be effective. Despite what Trump, the people involved, Fox says, YOU do know the seriousness of this situation. Do your job already. There is simply no excuse not to. If you can't or won't, maybe YOU are too old and dementia-ridden to serve any longer.
