They will turn on you. The MAGA extremists you’ve coddled for their votes hate you, maybe even more than they hate people like me. You are not enough for them. And one day, after you’ve helped them secure the oligarchy you think you’ll benefit from, there will be an American “night of the long knives”. These are people who think they are predators but are really parasites. They siphon others success because they never achieved their own. They’ve never learned compromise, reciprocity, or self-control. They will come for your power, wealth, influence and family. The robbery of power from black, brown, LGBTQ and female Americans will be extended to “RINO’s”. They’re already doing it to the Republicans that secured this coup like Mitch McConnell. They’ve excommunicated Dick and Liz Cheney, the Bushes and many other former stars in Republican politics. What makes you think you’re hateful enough for MAGA? You’re a useful idiot as far as they’re concerned.
You could however, show some real courage. You could stand against Musk and Trump’s oligarchic wrecking ball. Congress has the power of the purse. Defund them. Assert your constitutional authority. Defend the courts and the legal profession. Defend the media’s constitutional rights. Defend your constituents. Defend the constitution!
