Do not allow Trump to create the Sovereign Wealth Fund. It is a vehicle by which Trump will continue to undermine the power and authority of Congress, specifically the power to set taxes and allocate funding. Trump is consolidating power and is clearly trying to write Congress out of the government. Do not allow it.
