Please vote No on the CR. No long-term agreement is acceptable until the Trump Administration has demonstrated that it will faithfully and lawfully spend the funds as allocated by Congress. At most, a 30-day resolution that includes a stated requirement that the President follow the law would be acceptable. Only after the administration has demonstrated its ability to act lawfully with regard to the use of allocated funds, over multiple 30-day agreements, will it be reasonable to agree to a long-term CR.
