The No Rogue Rulings Act and its Senate equivalents must not pass. While the measures are introduced to "impose the will of Congress", the acts trample the judicial branch by outlawing judges' ability to fairly interpret the law. The judiciary must be allow to perform its Constitutional checks and balances and preserve the independence of the judicial branch. Please defend our Constitution and do everything possible to defeat this legislation.
