TOP GOVERNMENT SECURITY AND MILITARY LEADERS used a GROUP TEXTING CHAT to communicate plans of an imminent, ongoing military operation. This is utterly unacceptable. The gravity of this behavior ought not be ignored or dismissed. I want a response regarding the SECURITY BREECH. Not the mission itself. Please answer this question: If this was conducted by a service member, such as an Air Force Captain, what would be the consequences that person faces?
